The Kansas High School Premiere of Disney's full-length Broadway Musical.

Performances on January 1st & 2nd at 7pm

Frozen was selected to perform at the
Kansas Thespian Festival on January 4th.

We have two benefit performances to prepare and send the show to
​Wichita, Kansas to perform in Century II Performing Arts Center.

There will be performances at 7pm on January 1st and 2nd.

This production was performed August 16-20, 2023 at Olathe South High School

The cast in August represented students from 51 schools in Olathe.

The performance in January will be the students who plan to travel with us to the Kansas Thespian Festival.
Disney's Frozen, The Broadway Musical, was produced at Olathe South High School in August of 2023. Auditions for this production were open to any student enrolled in grades k-11 of the Olathe School District.

The Educational Theatre Association, Disney Theatrical Group, and Music Theatre International announced winners of a contest called the United States of Frozen. This allowed one high school from each state to be the first to produce the full-length version of Frozen.
 
Olathe Public Schools was selected as the Kansas recipient of this honor.
 
This nationwide competition challenged us to use the theme "Love is an Open Door" as an opportunity to strengthen our school community, provide outreach to underserved groups, and to support inclusion and diversity in our production.
